Job summary

Country Club Rehab & Healthcare is seeking a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our clinical team. You will administer medications, document care, and support residents with daily activities in a compassionate, high-quality setting.

The role involves maintaining accurate records, promoting residents' emotional well-being, and collaborating with CNAs to deliver safe, respectful care. Same day pay options and a supportive team enhance the work environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Missouri CMT certification.
• Experience administering medications per state/federal guidelines is preferred.
• Ability to document care accurately and timely.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and document per state and federal guidelines

• Promote social interaction and emotional well-being
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Supervise CNAs and assist with direct care as needed
