Job summary

Carriage Square Rehab & Healthcare in St. Joseph, MO is seeking Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) to join our clinical team. Pay ranges from $17.50 to $18.50 per hour with all shifts available—Mon-Fri 8 hour shifts. Flexible schedule and benefits are offered to support residents and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Missouri CMT certification.
• Experience administering medications under RN/LPN supervision.
• Compassionate care and resident interaction.

Responsibilities

• Administer and assist with self-administration of medications under supervision of RN or LPN.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical records and documentation.
• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Foster a safe, positive, and engaging environment for residents.
• Encourage resident interaction and socialization.
• Supervise nurse’s aides and assist with direct care when needed.
• Monitor and ensure quality care throughout the facility.
• Transport and assist residents with meals and mobility as needed.
