Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
• Evaluate and integrate assessment findings into a clinical summary.
• Transform issues identified into treatment plans with goals and interventions.
• Document the patient's clinical course in progress notes.
• Manage caseload, documentation, and treatment delivery responsibilities.
• Conduct individual and group counseling for addictive disorders.
