Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related mental health field.
• Professional licensure is required; eligible to apply for ALC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, or LMFT within 90 days of hire.
• Demonstrated experience in providing psychotherapy and mental health counseling.
• Strong knowledge of crisis intervention and behavioral health management.
• If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable sobriety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive psychosocial assessment and integrate findings into a clinical summary.
• Transform issues into treatment plans with goals, objectives, and interventions.
• Document the patient's clinical course and progress in progress notes.
• Manage caseload and treatment delivery; coordinate with team, payers, and referrals as needed.
• Conduct individual therapy sessions and group therapy for addictive disorders.
• Provide conjoint family counseling and basic education lectures related to addiction treatment.
• Maintain professional demeanor, participate in supervision if assigned, and collaborate with colleagues and clients.
