The Blackstone Group L.P. is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer for Blackstone Private Wealth.

You will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, travel, and expense reporting while supporting culture initiatives and ad‑hoc projects. Responsibilities include gatekeeping for internal/external stakeholders, arranging international travel, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings and calls across multiple stakeholders, responding flexibly to changes and shifting priorities.
  • Arrange and manage intensive domestic and international travel, maintain detailed travel spreadsheets, prepare comprehensive trip packets, and provide itineraries.
  • Prepare, review, and submit complex expense reports accurately and in compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate and drive various culture initiatives.
  • Support a wide range of ad‑hoc and special projects as needed.

Overview

Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer of Blackstone Private Wealth. Responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, travel, expense reporting, culture initiatives, and ad‑hoc projects.

Responsibilities
  • Manage highly complex calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, confirm appointments, and coordinate with other assistants.

Compensation

Expected annual base salary range: $120,000 – $165,000. Base salary within that range will be determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. For roles located outside the U.S., a separate compensation process applies based on local market comparables.
