Job Description

The Executive Assistant role entails working to provide support to a Senior Managing Director and other senior leaders within the Tactical Opportunities Group.

The responsibilities of the Executive Assistant include:

  • Managing highly complex and dynamic calendars, including scheduling internal and external meetings, confirming appointments, and partnering closely with other assistants to ensure seamless business coordination.
  • Serving as a trusted gatekeeper and primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, always maintaining professionalism and responsiveness.
  • Coordinating meetings and calls across multiple stakeholders and time zones, while adapting quickly to changing priorities and last-minute adjustments.
  • Supporting meeting preparation through research, document management, and organization of briefing materials.
  • Participation in select internal meetings to help coordinate and maintain business pipeline.
  • Arranging and managing intensive domestic and international travel, including maintaining detailed travel spreadsheets and preparing comprehensive trip packets.
  • Providing detailed itineraries and ensuring all travel logistics are planned, communicated, and executed flawlessly.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and submitting complex expense reports with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring full compliance with company policies.
  • Assisting with occasional personal scheduling where business and personal commitments intersect, particularly related to travel coordination.
  • Supporting a wide range of ad hoc and special projects as needed.
Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Concur or similar expense management systems.

Expected annual base salary range:

$120,000 - $165,000

Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.

Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses. Certain employees may also be eligible for equity and other incentive compensation at Blackstone’s sole discretion.
