Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking a Fitness Coach to deliver high-quality private training and member service. The role emphasizes achieving revenue goals from private training and supplement sales, with a requirement to work at least one weekend day.

The position reports to the Fitness Manager and involves conducting sessions, managing schedules, and contributing to a positive member experience in a UFC Gym setting.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design.
• Ability to adjust and operate all fitness equipment.
• Knowledge of UFC Gym policies, safety procedures and customer service standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly attitude.
• Good time management and organizational skills; records-keeping.
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel for admin tasks.

Responsibilities

• Sell private and small group training sessions; drive revenue via training and supplements.
• Schedule and manage client appointments; coordinate sessions with clients.
• Maintain accurate client programs including dotFIT, supplements, tracking and workouts.
• Ensure on-time, prepared training sessions and professional guest interaction.
• Support revenue-generating activities (workshops, booths, body fat tables).
• Follow UFC Gym policies and document daily workouts for liability.
