Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. seeks dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients' homes, apartments, or outdoors.

Design tailored programs, track progress with the Svetness App, and help clients achieve goals with flexible scheduling. Ideal candidates hold CPT, CPR/AED, a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 years of experience, strong communication, nutrition basics, and transport ability.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with recognized CPT certification.
• CPR/AED certification up-to-date.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1–3 years of personal training experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic nutrition knowledge and healthy living practices.
• Ability to transport basic training equipment and travel to clients.
• Reliable transportation and time management.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and couples in-home or outdoor training sessions.
• Design customized workout programs from initial assessment.
• Use Svetness App for programming and notes.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure safe form.
• Reassess clients every 4–6 weeks and maintain appointments.
• Maintain flexibility to accommodate client schedules.
