Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. seeks dedicated personal trainers to deliver in-home, one-on-one and couples fitness sessions. Trainers tailor programs from initial assessments and use the Svetness Fitness App for all sessions, notes, and programming. Flexible scheduling supports client needs.

Requirements include a CPT credential, CPR/AED, high school diploma or GED with 1–3 years of experience, plus strong communication and nutrition basics. Transportation reliability is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Personal Trainer (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE accredited).
• CPR/AED certification required for client safety.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent and 1–3 years of PT experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Basic knowledge of nutrition and healthy living practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or couples fitness instruction in clients' homes, apartments, or outdoor settings.
• Create and customize client workout programs from initial assessment.
• Use Svetness Fitness App for sessions, programming, and notes.
• Perform client reassessments every 4–6 weeks.
• Maintain client session schedules using Svetness scheduling software.
• Arrange a flexible schedule and commute up to 45 minutes to client sites.
