Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking dedicated in-home personal trainers to deliver personalized fitness sessions at clients’ homes, apartments, or outdoor spaces in Monroe, NJ. You’ll design bespoke programs and use our Svetness App to track progress and communicate with clients.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.
• CPR/AED Certification: Up-to-date CPR/AED training.
• Education and experience: High school diploma or GED and 1-3 years of personal training experience.
• Strong communication skills: Verbal, written, and technical.
• Knowledgeable in nutrition: Basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.
• Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.
• Physical ability: Lift up to 50 lbs. and perform athletic calisthenics.
• Reliable transportation.
• Possession of personal basic training equipment to assist clients.

Responsibilities

• Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial Assessment
• Utilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming & session notes
• Demonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modifications
• Conduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeks
• Maintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling software
• Able to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointments
• Able to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutes
