Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools in your area. We provide clients, and you set your schedule; you can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

As part of InstaSwim, you choose which clients to work with, travel locally, and benefit from our general liability insurance. You’ll receive client matches regularly and can start quickly after onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients' pools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
