Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You control your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with InstaSwim adding you to the general liability policy.

Responsibilities include conducting private and small group lessons, traveling to pools, designing personalized lesson plans, and ensuring student safety while delivering engaging learning experiences.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
