Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your schedule, work with clients you choose, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

InstaSwim offers insurance coverage and a fast onboarding process, with access to client matches based on your area. Background checks are covered, and you can start teaching within 24–48 hours after onboarding.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable transportation.
Swim instruction equipment if need be.
Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
Ensure safety of the student at all times.
