Job summary

InstaSwim is looking for professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and can choose which clients to work with, with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

InstaSwim provides clients and covers you under a general liability policy while supporting a fast onboarding process and ongoing scheduling flexibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full, and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
