InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, select clients, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, engaging and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
