InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons at clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and learn with clients you choose, while getting paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

InstaSwim provides clients and coverage under our liability policy, making it a flexible, rewarding opportunity. InstaSwim emphasizes independence, local travel, and quick onboarding so you can start teaching within 24–48 hours after interview.

Qualifications

• 2 years of swim instruction experience or more
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation
• Swim instruction equipment if needed
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans
• Clear a background check

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
