Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set the schedule and travel locally, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

You choose which clients to work with, enjoying the freedom to build your own teaching pace and workload. The position requires at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, age 18+, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
