Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and we supply the clients, with payments processed quickly after each lesson.

Travel to local pool locations, create personalized lesson plans, and ensure student safety. CPR/First Aid certifications are preferred or you may obtain them. Work authorization in the US is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older; CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
