Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, travel locally to assignments, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide client matches and handle insurance coverage, so you can focus on teaching. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to clients’ locations.
• Based in the US with a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
• Schedule lessons and travel to client locations.
• Assess and monitor student progress, adapting lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, safe, and engaging learning experience for students.
