Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set the schedule and earn $40-$70 per hour with payments within 24 hours after each lesson. We cover insurance and provide client matches based on area and availability.

Must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience and CPR/First Aid certifications. Travel locally to client locations is expected; successful applicants will join a growing nationwide

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
