Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and travel locally, choosing which clients to work with. Earn $40–$70 per hour with payments processed quickly, often within 24 hours after each lesson.

A background check is required and InstaSwim provides liability coverage. Candidates must have at least 2 years of instruction experience, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation,

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
