Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR and First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization. Earn $40–$70 per hour with flexible local travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and equipment as needed.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Travel to clients' pool locations and schedule lessons flexibly.
