Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, choose which clients to work with, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Earn $40-$70 per hour. Must have 2+ years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and pass a background check. Work authorized in the US and based in the US. Insurance coverage provided by InstaSwim.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, engaging and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
