Job summary

InstaSwim is actively seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, travel locally, and get paid quickly after each lesson.

Instructors are added to our general liability policy and may start teaching within 24–48 hours after onboarding. Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), US work authorization, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• US work authorization required.
• 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student’s & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
