Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States, including your area. You set your own schedule, choose clients, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR and First Aid, reliable transportation, and US work authorization. You’ll travel locally with flexible hours and receive quick payments.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Confident creating personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
