Job summary

InstaSwim is actively seeking professional swim instructors to teach private lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, travel locally, and are paid quickly (within 24 hours) after each lesson.

We also provide general liability coverage and access to client matches based on area and availability. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
