Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and travel to local pool locations, enjoying the freedom to choose which clients to work with and earning competitive pay.

Lessons are paid within 24 hours after each session, with options to be added to InstaSwim's liability policy and support from a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization required.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
