InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set the schedule while we supply clients, and you can receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Qualifications

• 2+ years swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation and equipment as needed.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Must clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
