Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with, earning competitive pay.

We supply clients and you will be paid within 24 hours after each lesson; InstaSwim adds you to our liability policy and provides a quick onboarding process, enabling you to start within a short timeframe.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' private swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation to client locations.
• Must be based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private 1-1 and small group lessons.
• Create and adapt lesson plans to each student.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
• Travel to client locations and schedule flexibly.
• Provide engaging, tracked learning experiences.
