Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. Qualifications

At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
Must be 18+ years old and US resident.
CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
Assess student’s skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
Ensure safety of the student at all times.
