Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach one-on-one or small-group lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule as we supply the clients, and you can receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, US work authorization, and the ability to create personalized lesson plans.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience while ensuring student safety.
