InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and are paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with the opportunity to choose clients to work with.

Responsibilities include conducting private and small group lessons, creating personalized lesson plans, and ensuring student safety. Requirements include 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with clients of all ages.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and clients' needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
