Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach one-on-one and small group lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across your area. You set your schedule, we supply the clients, and you can get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We operate nationwide in major US cities. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, US work authorization, and the ability to tailor lesson plans.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
