InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools nationwide. You control your schedule, choose preferred clients, and receive payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, and reliable transportation. This role emphasizes safety, personalized lesson plans, and fun learning experiences for all ages.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student’s and clients' needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
