Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set the schedule and we provide the clients, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

Ideal for experienced instructors in the US who can travel locally, create customized lesson plans, and ensure student safety. Qualifications include 2+ years of instruction, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
