Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools. You control your schedule and pick which clients to work with, with payments issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide insurance coverage and a path to regular client matches. Candidates should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid, US work authorization, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience while ensuring safety.
