Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your area. You control your schedule and travel locally, earning competitive pay after each lesson.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid (or be willing to obtain), and have reliable transportation. US work authorization is required to teach in the US.

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet student and client needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
