InstaSwim is hiring professional swim instructors to teach private lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide clients and support, with liability coverage and a background check covered. Begin within 24–48 hours after onboarding, offering flexible opportunities and competitive pay per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old with US work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance required.
• Willingness to travel to client locations.
• Safe and engaging instruction for all ages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills and adapt lessons to progress.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
