Job summary

InstaSwim LLC is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your area. You set the schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with the freedom to choose which clients to work with.

We supply clients and provide quick onboarding, including insurance coverage and background check support. Join a growing national team and start teaching in 24–48 hours after interview (onboarding permitting).

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US-based with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
