InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and are paid quickly after each lesson, with options for PayPal. Travel locally is encouraged, and background checks are covered.

Begin teaching within 24–48 hours after onboarding, depending on onboarding. You will create tailored lesson plans, ensure student safety, and match with clients based on area and availability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills and progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
