Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson, with clients provided by InstaSwim.

We offer opportunities across the US with insurance coverage and regular client matches based on your area and availability. Begin teaching within 24–48 hours after interview, subject to onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
