Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach private lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and choose clients; payment is processed within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide general liability insurance and onboarding support; join a national network with opportunities to grow. Quick start possible within 24–48 hours after interview if onboarding is complete.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willing to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Create personalized lesson plans.
• Assess skills and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, tracked learning experience.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
