Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring experienced private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payments within 24 hours after each lesson.

We provide clients, you bring expertise, and InstaSwim covers liability insurance. Expect to join a growing network, with background checks and quick onboarding to start within 24–48 hours post-interview.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be based in the US with US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation.
• Capable of creating personalized lesson plans with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
