Job summary

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company. We serve clients in homes and community pools, offering you the freedom to choose your schedule while you teach private lessons. Earn $40–$70 per hour, get paid within 24 hours, and be added to our general liability policy.

You bring at least 2 years of experience, CPR/First Aid, reliable transportation, and a professional, safety-minded approach. You can set your own schedule, travel locally, and start teaching within days after

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
