Job summary

InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company serving clients across the US. We connect professional instructors with clients in their homes and community pools, allowing you to set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with.

Instructors travel locally, earn $40–$70 per 1 hour lesson, and receive payments within 24 hours. InstaSwim provides liability coverage and fast onboarding after interview.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confident in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor student's progress and adapt lessons to meet student's & clients needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
