Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You control your schedule and locations, with payments processed within 24 hours after each lesson. Earn $40–$70 per hour, with liability coverage and client-matching opportunities.

Must have at least 2 years’ experience and CPR/First Aid certifications. Join a mobile, nationwide team and start within 24–48 hours after onboarding.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and US-based.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes.
• US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Background check clearance required.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
