InstaSwim is a national private mobile swim lesson company, hiring professional instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule, travel locally, and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Earn $40–$70 per hour, with company-added liability insurance and client-matching opportunities. You’ll begin after onboarding, with a quick start process and supportive staff throughout.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with clients of all ages.
• Able to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
