Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. Instructors set their own schedule, travel locally, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

We supply clients; you bring skills and CPR/First Aid. Must have 2+ years' experience and reliable transportation. All work authorization must be valid in the US; background checks apply.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ years old and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional and positive attitude when teaching all ages.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
