Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and you’ll be paid promptly after each lesson.

This role requires at least 2 years of instruction and valid CPR/First Aid certifications, along with US work authorization. You will create tailored lesson plans, ensure student safety, and join a growing network of professional instructors dedicated to high-quality aquatic

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Background check clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
