Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule, travel to local pools, and get paid quickly after each lesson.

We provide clients; you provide the instruction and safety. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of instructional experience, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
